High Protein Cereal

cereal is a fast and easy meal when you don't have the time or energy to cook. The hard part comes from knowing which one to choose. Dr. Sears recommends individuals consume about 25 grams of protein at each meal to help with blood sugar and hunger control. Unfortunately, the most popular cereals consumed aren’t Zone favorable as they are high in carbs and low in protein. Even with milk added some of the higher protein ones fall short on Dr. Sears' recommendation.
