One of the advantages of the Zone is that it continues to evolve to keep pace with the latest discoveries. Gone are the days of exacting meal planning and guessing at omega-3 fish oil dosages. It’s now easier than ever to get the optimal health benefits the Zone has to offer.


Perhaps the most important thing to remember about the Zone is that it has three distinct parts. Our fearless leader at Zone Labs, Dr. Barry Sears, likes to compare the Zone to a 3-legged stool. As he explains it, a stool with three legs works very well. Take one leg away, and you have difficulty sitting. Take 2 legs away and it just won’t work. The three legs are The Zone Diet, OmegaRx fish oil, and Zone Polyphenols. Implement all three together, and the results will amaze.


Whether you’re the average person or an elite athlete, our bodies all have the same basic needs. Here’s your easy guide to becoming a leaner, healthier, and happier you. Give this a try for 30 days and feel the difference.


1. Start the Zone Diet

Choose either a traditional Zone meal or a Zone PastaRx meal. Eat it, note the time on your watch, and have another Zone meal 5 hours later. To fulfill your body’s daily needs, also eat two Zone-balanced snacks per day.

  • Traditional Zone Meal - Place lean protein the size and thickness of your palm on a dinner-sized plate, fill the rest of the plate with non-starchy vegetables, and add a drizzle of olive oil.
  • Zone PastaRx Meal - Boil 1 serving of Zone PastaRx for about 10 minutes (1 serving is 1 cup dry fusilli, or 1/2 cup dry orzo). Add non-starchy vegetables or your favorite tomato-based pasta sauce and drizzle with olive oil.
2. Take Omega-3 Fish Oil

Begin with 4 capsules of Zone OmegaRx each morning to help lower your existing cellular inflammation.

We recommend taking the AA/EPA blood test after 30 days of dosing to determine whether your OmegaRx dosage can be fine-tuned.


3. Get Plenty of Polyphenols
